You can assess it in several ways. This method looks at four factors: the environment, navigation (how easy it is to find the trail), the type of terrain, and the physical effort required. Each factor is scored from 1 to 5. <\/p><p><strong>Route difficulty<br><\/strong>We can summarise the most common levels with approximate distances and elevation gains as follows:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Low difficulty<\/strong>: routes with an elevation gain of up to 600 m and a distance of up to 10 km. They do not present technical difficulties, which makes them suitable for beginners. <\/li><li><strong>Medium difficulty:<\/strong> routes for hikers with some experience, featuring elevation gains between 600 and 1,000 m and distances of 10 to 15 km.
